Job Title: Office Administrator
Location: Perry, GA
Salary Range: $18-$20/hour
Responsibilities:
Data Entry: Accurate and efficient data entry in various systems.
Invoicing Support: Assisting Contract Administrators with the preparation and processing of invoices.
Management of Schedules: Handling agendas, travel arrangements, and appointments for upper management.
Communication Management: Managing phone calls and correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
Record Keeping: Creating and updating records and databases with attention to detail.
Office Supply Management: Monitoring office supply stock levels and placing orders as needed.
Report Submission: Preparing and submitting timely reports as assigned.
Team Support: Assisting colleagues and providing support whenever necessary.
Certified Payroll Review: Responsible for reviewing Certified Payroll for subcontractors to ensure compliance with government guidelines. This task requires meticulous attention to detail.
Financial Verification: Verifying credit card statements with receipts to ensure all expenses are properly documented.
Skills and Qualifications:
Experience Requirements: Prior experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or in a similar relevant role.
Communication Skills: Outstanding abilities in both verbal and written communication.
Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and leadership capabilities.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles. Proficient in MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.).
Preferred Experience: Background in Construction and/or Government Contracting is an advantage.
Educational Requirements: High school diploma is mandatory. A BS/BA in office administration or a related field is preferred.
